Summary: Fantastic view of Port of Miami, Brickell Key and Key Biscayne from our balcony. Comfortable furniture and adequate dishes/pots/pans/cutlery. TV's good. Pool and exercise facilities are excellent and well maintained. Close proximity to numbers restaurants and public transit Only negative was very poor cell phone reception. Plan to return next year

Summary: We stayed for 8 nights at this apartment and have been very happy with our choice. Margarita met us on our arrival date in front of the building to show us the entrance for the garage and our personal parking lot. From there you have a direct access to the apartment on the 53rd floor. The apartment is very well equipped and has a spectacular view over the water and Brickell Key as well as Miami downtown. There are many good restaurants in walking distance and also the metromover station is just a few steps away! We hope to come back next year and would love to stay in this apartment a second time!

Summary: Fifth time we have rented from this owner, excellent views from this 53rd floor unit. Located in the heart of the Brickell / Miami district right across the street from the newly completed Brickell City Center. South Beach is 20 minutes, Key Biscayne is 10 minutes, Coconut Grove is 10 minutes, Coral Gables is 20 minutes, every type of restaurant and nightlife whichever your preference. Parking in the garage, two pools, fitness center. Excellent communications with owner is why we have rented with them so many times.

Summary: We stayed here for two months and enjoyed every minute. The location is perfect for Miami - close to everything with fantastic views of the water and city. The unit is very upscale in a building that is very well maintained. We made great use of the very large pool area and the gym. People were friendly and helpful. Margarita was there whenever we had a question. I would highly recommend staying here for anyone who wants to enjoy the best of Miami.

Summary: This was our second stay at one of Margarita's units, as is was fantastic. Again, she was very accommodating with the check in arrangements and the apartment was in excellent condition. The views from the apartment are even better than in the photographs! The neighboring areas offer a lot of activities, with a bunch of shops, bars and restaurants only a 5 minute walk away. The building itself has top-of-the-line amenities and a luxurious pool deck. An excellent location for a quick commute to anywhere in South Florida. There was not one thing wrong with the stay - will definitely stay with Margarita again!
